Tri-Fri oil is blend of three different oils used for frying. The majority of its composition is canola oil and that is mixed with safflower and grape seed or sunflower oils. Canola, grapeseed or sunflower and safflower oils are all low in cholesterol and high in fatty acids, like Oleic acid. These qualities make this blend an excellent frying oil with a distinctive flavor.
