This paprika is the sweet or very mildly pungent powder produced by grinding the dried, ripe fruit of a variety of Capsicum Annum L. A maximum of 2.0% silicon dioxide may be added as an anti-caking agent and a maximum of 100ppm Ethoxyquin as an anti-oxidant.
