Strawberry (FSTR)

Summit Foods, Inc. does not allow nor use any raw materials that are considered to be a major food allergen per the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004. Although we do use Highly refined sunflower oil, this oil is only used as a processing aide. Finally, we do have SOP for allergen awareness and allergen training to employees that we do not allow food allergens to be used in processing and we are a tree nut/peanut free facility; therefore they can not have these ingredients within our facility at any time.
