As a manufacturer of premium plastic stretch film, our products are not intended for food contact, so we are not required to obtain specific certifications. All resins currently used by Paragon are compliant with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) food additive regulations under Title 21 of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act with respect to olefin polymers (21 CFR Section 177.1520). The resins are not approved for cooking applications or holding food during cooking and Paragon’s stretch film products are not intended for food contact.
