Stuffed Chicken with Jambalaya (40008)

Our Frenchy's de bone Stuffed Chicken is a full meal. We de bone the chicken from the inside out never cutting up the back, leaving only the wing bone. The bird is seasoned and then stuffed with frenchy's full of flavor Jambalaya. The Jambalaya consist of rice, shrimp, Creole Hot Sausage, smoked ham, smoked bacon, tomatoes, celery, onions, green peppers and Frenchy's Creole seasonings.
