Stuffed Turkey Breast (224)
This product is prepared as boneless skin-on turkey breast. The product is seasoned (via injection with water and salt/ sodium phosphate and tumbling), stuffed with a stuffing mixed from ground boneless turkey thighs, water, and stuffing mix. The stuffed turkey breasts are sprinkled with seasoning then individually quick-frozen. Frozen turkey breasts are packaged in heat-sealed vacuum packs which are then master-packed into plain labelled corrugated shipping cartons for storage and transit.

Stuffing: Turkey, Toasted wheat crumbs with multigrain blend (wheat, rye, triticale, barley, yellow corn, millets, soy and flexseed), Water, Vegetable oil (canola &/or sunflower), Dehydrated vegetables (carrots, onions, celery), Spices, Salt, Wheat Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Dehydrated Parsley.
