Sun-Dried Tomatoes Double Diced (304-004)
California Roma tomatoes prepared from fresh tomatoes that have been washed, cut to specification, treated with sulfur dioxide, and laid under the California sun to dry. Product is inspected thoroughly to assure a clean, wholesome product in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes, sulfur dioxide (added for color retention and as a preservative).
Packaging and Labeling:
Packed in a non-sealed poly bag and placed in a corrugated box for bulk. Packed in sealed pouches for retail.

Storage Recommendations:
For short term transit, cool and dry temperature is recommended (Approximately 40-70°F). For long-term storage, store ≤65% humidity and ≤45°F. After opening store product in a tightly sealed container. 12-month shelf life when stored under recommended conditions.
