Sunflower Lecithin Liquid (Akolec® SFL)

Akolec® SFL is lecithin in a liquid form derived from sunflower seeds comprising phospholipids, in compliance with EU No. 231/2012 laying down specifications for lecithin as food additive. Akolec® SFL does not contain genetically modified food as described in EC No. 1829/2003, meets traceability requirements as described in EC No. 1830/2003.
