CONTINUING PRODUCT GUARANTEE We hereby warrant and guarantee that the edible oils and vinegars sold by Ciuti International, Inc. are free from adulteration and misbranding. Ciuti products are produced and processed under hygienic conditions. The products meet all requirements of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act for human consumption. This includes, but is not limited to other oils, residual pesticides, heavy metals, PCB, chemicals, additives, micro-organisms and filth. In addition, our products have not undergone irradiation and have not been treated with sewer sludge. Ciuti guarantees that all of its products are naturally free of partially hydrogenated oils (PHOs). Please be advised that, as shipped or delivered, Ciuti International products do not contain substances currently regulated under California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (commonly known as “Prop. 65”) at levels that could pose a significant risk within the meaning of the Act. Nothing artificial or synthetic (including all color additives regardless of source) has been included in or has been added to the food that would not normally be expected to be in that food. All Ciuti products are manufactured in compliance with the Human Preventive Controls regulations which are part of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements and our FDA Food Facility Registration Number is 19884129214. We take our responsibility to produce our oils and vinegars according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) methods very seriously, and all products meet governmental requirements as mandated by the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act, including cGMP (21 CFR 110). Imported products are brought into the USA in accordance with our FSMA-compliant Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) under DUNS Number: 02-551-6610. Further, we guarantee that on an on-going basis that our facilities that manufacture, process, pack, and hold food for consumption in the United States are registered according to Section 415 of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) as amended by the Bioterrorism Act under Bioterrorism Registration Number 18361227188. This guarantee also applies to any applicable state or municipal law regarding environmental, health and safety, and employment regulations. Ciuti maintains a full program of vendor approval. This includes plant inspections and the testing of random samples by an IOOC approved laboratory. Although we completely guarantee the quality of the products we sell, we cannot be responsible for product that may have undergone significant alteration due to poor storage or transport conditions or that has been combined with other ingredients. This is a continuing guaranty, subject to revocation upon written notice.
