Brolite products/dry blends - ingredients are NOT ready to eat, does not undergo any type of kill steps, and are for further processing. Products are customer specific and/or requirements. For specific microbiological tests and/or preventive controls in place to eliminate or to minimize hazards at acceptable level, please contact Brolite for a disclosure statement. Your facility is to implement additional preventive controls to control biological and chemical hazards for your final product/s.
FUNCTION:
SUPER SOUR is a Bromate free sour flavor which imparts the zesty tang of authentic San Francisco sour-dough French bread. By lowering pH, shelf life is extended, and mold inhibited.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour, Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid, Fumaric Acid
SHELF LIFE: 6 Months from date of manufacture.
STORAGE: Store in a cool (45-80 degrees), dry area away from strong odors.
PACKAGING: 50 lbs. bag, 40 BAGS per pallet.
ALLERGEN: Wheat.
GMO/BE genetically modified organisms: To the best of our knowledge product is not derived from genetically modified materials.
