Cocktail onions are fermented and after that they are filled in jars which have been previously selected. Jars are controlled by magnets, metal detector and filed with vinegar brine then are hermetically closed with lids,pastorised and send to the labeling area after X-Ray and inkjet coding. They are put into trays/boxes after labeling and are ready for consumption.

Fermented green peppercorns are put into the feeding pull in order to fill jars which have been previously selected. Jars are controlled by magnets, metal detector and filed with vinegar brine then are hermetically closed with lids and send to the labeling area after X-Ray and inkjet coding. They are put into trays/boxes after labeling and are ready for consumption.

Capers fruits from Capparidacea plant family are collected from different areas and preserved into barrels with salty brine. Afterwards capers are sized according to their diameter, selected by hand and by using magnets to discard foreign materials and defected capers. Sized capers are stored in barrels to continue fermenting in salty brine. Fermented capers are de-salted and put into the feeding pull in order to fill jars which have been previously selected. Jars are controlled by magnets, metal detector and filed with vinegar brine then are sealed with lids and Aluminumfoil and send to the labeling area after inkjet coding and X-Ray. They are put into trays/boxes after labeling and are ready for consumption. This process is called ACIDIFIED
