EME LLC is a 20,000 sq. ft., meat & poultry processing facility located in Mundelein, IL. Built in 2013, Gurman specializes in the ability to meet customer’s visions and demands by providing everything from product development to market-ready concepts. At the heart of our operation is our dry salami production. Featuring fermentation and drying rooms, we are able to develop high quality, traditional dry cured meats. A quick taste will reveal the care and love that goes into every bite.
