Taylor Fish Company

We are a fish processing facility in Wheatley, Ontario specializing Lake Erie Fish. We have walleye (pickerel), Yellow perch, white perch, white bass and whitefish. Taylor Fish Company is proud to offer a line of products including fresh whole fish, fresh fillets and IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) fillets. Our ranging line can be used in both retail and food service, however we specialize in white tablecloth restaurants. We also create walleye dog treats for your furry friends.
