To that end we produce the highest quality craft beers and spirits as a vessel to bring people together. As proof of our high quality products and love by our community, we have been voted "Best Brewery in St. Charles" every year since we opened in 2017.

Our delicious Hefeweizen has the expected banana and clove notes from this deliciously light German Style. Heffy Dog also has solid wheat malt characteristics that help balance the palate, and still only sits at 5.2% ABV and 12 IBU.

Our Flagship IPA is a clear, golden orange color with a sudsy off white head. It’s malty with notes of pine, citrus, toasted caramel and toffee with a touch of stone fruit. This smooth hoppy brew checks in at 7% ABV and 60 IBU.
