Every June, the Walkers get together for a family reunion and a Cajun fish fry. So it was only natural that we create “Slap Ya Mama” Cajun Fish Fry for the event. Conveniently packaged in a 12oz box, Slap Ya Mama's Cajun Fish Fry brings a blend of special spices perfect for frying all varieties of seafood including shrimp, catfish, oysters & alligator. It even works great for frying vegetables and french fries.
You may also use Slap Ya Mama Cajun Fish Fry to batter chicken, pork chops, onion rings and french fries.

All you have to do is add chicken and/or sausage (for seafood gumbo, add seafood instead), bring to a boil, let simmer, and serve over rice. It's as simple as that! In between college classes and bartending the Walker brothers nurtured a love for old-fashioned hot wings. Those early days taught the boys a lot about taste and texture.
