Our Original Biltong starts as hand-cut strips of the finest American beef. We then marinate each strip in our time-tested blend of vinegar, salt, spices, garlic, onion, citric acid, orange, lime juice, natural flavors, spice extractives (including paprika), sugar, and cayenne pepper. During the air-drying process, each cut of beef develops an extraordinary depth of flavor. The result: a unique cross between jerky, slow-roasted beef and fine Italian prosciutto. Our Chile Lime recipe has the perfect blend of spices to satisfy any palate.
