Dispelair F122 has been specifically formulated for use in the fermentation industry and is particularly effective in yeast propagation, for example Baker’s yeast production. It also provides excellent foam control and knockdown in bioethanol fermentation from sugar based feedstocks.
It is effective at very low addition levels to the process and has little effect on oxygen transfer.

Dispelair KSPEC 798 is an effective defoamer for use in the processing of beet sugar. It can also be used in a number of fermentation processes for the manufacture of products such as yeast, antibiotic, enzyme and citric acid.
It offers excellent foam knockdown at very low addition levels to the process. Dispelair KSPEC 798 has little effect on oxygen transfer.
