Sweet Cream (CayugaCream)

Sweet cream to be used in manufacturing. The pasteurized cream shall not contain any alkali, neutralizer or preservative. Cream is the result from the removal of milk solids from fresh milk by the process of centrifuge. The raw milk is fresh milk produced by healthy cows.
