SYSCO RELIANCE MARINATED 8 PIECE CUT CHICKEN W/O GIBLETS & NECKS, (60202)

Injected eight piece cut chicken without giblets and necks (two split breasts with back portion, two thighs with back portion, two drumsticks, two wings). Sized WOGs are 2.50 to 2.90 lbs prior to being cut up in 8 pieces and delivered to injector. Product is packed the equivalent of two (2) head per CVP bag. Each CVP bag is gas flushed and sealed. Eight (8) bags (16 head) are packed in a poly lined case. Product is chilled with CO2 and shipped fresh.
