TasteNrich® Master L5 is a natural culinary flavor produced through natural fermentation process.
It provides umami and broth-like taste, and enrich flavor and mouthfeel in a wide variety of foods.
It is highly soluble in water and keeps intact in dry or wet foods.
Application
Recommended use level: 0.05%~1.0% by weight of ready-to-eat in all savory applications,
Savory dry, culinary wet sauces, processed meat, cheese, plant protein based products and vegan foods, etc.
