Thymly Products Inc.’s “Thymly Fresh Cake” is a blend of proprietary enzyme strains that is designed for anti-staling applications in sweet goods. At the recommended usage levels, it can significantly improve and maintain the softness and freshness of cake for a longer period of time. It can be used in shelf stable as well as in refrigerated products. Our Recommended Product Use: 1% usage level based on flour weight.
