TROKOTE 4521-A (2825)

TroKote™ 4521-A release agent is a homogeneous mixture of soybean oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower lecithin and dimethylpolysiloxane. Mixed triglycerides, tert-butylhydroquinone and citric acid in a propylene glycol carrier serve as a preservative complex. This product will not impart taste or odor to baked goods. Apply as a thin film manually or by spraying. TroKote™ 4521-A is manufactured in conformity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Our entire series of TroKote™ products are PHO-free. They meet all FDA requirements with respect to food grade and safety. All TroKote™ products are certified Kosher Pareve and Halal.
