This product is prepared as boneless, skin-on turkey breast. The product is seasoned (via injection with water, salt and sodium phosphate and tumbling), sprinkled with seasoning then individually quick-frozen. Frozen turkey breasts are packaged in labelled, heat-sealed vacuum packs which are then master-packed into plain labelled corrugated shipping cartons for storage and transit.
