Victory Packaging does not intentionally add any of the following materials to its products: • Milk • Crustacea • Wheat/Triticale • Sesame • Eggs • Shellfish • Peanuts • Mustard • Fish • Tree Nuts • Soybeans • Celery • Lupin • Mollusks • Cereals containing Gluten • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations >10mg/kg or 10 mg/litre expressed as SO2 Victory Packaging may distribute or utilize paper and board containing wood fibers processed in the commonly used sulfite pulping process. This letter shall apply to materials listed above as shipped and as of the date of shipment. This statement does not alter, amend, supersede or in any way affect any existing terms and conditions of sale of purchase between the parties, including Terms and Conditions and/or any contracts or contractual commitments between the parties.
