Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut 750 ml (503358)

This Item is a dry quality sparkling wine obtained from a limited geographical area, called Conegliano Valdobbiadene. Following the specific disciplinary rules given by the local producers and the Ministry of Agriculture, this is obtained from 100% Glera grapes, vinified in September after the harvest. Then, usually from the following period of March-April the prise de mousse starts in the "autoclave" tanks and the sparkling wine refines "on the lees" at 0-2°C for a minimum of 5-6 months. The result is a delicate, elegant fine sparkling with a fruity, zesty caracter.
