United Cocoa Processor’s cocoa products are manufactured in an allergen free environment using no allergenic ingredients. As such, UCP’s cocoa products do not contain any allergens as outlined in the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (FALCPA) and are thereby free of the following substances: ▫ Peanuts ▫ Tree Nuts (eg. Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts) ▫ Eggs ▫ Milk (and Milk Products) ▫ Fish (e.g., Bass, Flounder, or Cod) ▫ Shellfish (e.g., Crab, Lobster, or Shrimp) ▫ Soybeans ▫ Wheat ▫ Gluten ▫ Other Seeds (e.g., Sesame, Mustard, Cotton, Poppy, Sunflower) ▫ Sulfites ▫ Other Cereals (e.g., Rye, Barley, Oat) ▫ Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein ▫ Monosodium Glutamate ▫ Artificial Color Additives or AZO Dyes ▫ Natural Color Additives Additionally, there is no risk of contamination of these allergens or sensitizing agents into our products as UCP manufactures its cocoa products in a facility dedicated exclusively to cocoa.

Cocoa / Chocolate
