Cut Veggi Green® Green Beans are prepared from stemmed, succulent pods of the green bean plant which are cut into 1 1/2” lengths and packed with water, salt and zinc chloride (for color stabilization). The product is packed in hermetically sealed containers and sufficiently processed by heat to assure preservation.
