Our West Coast Tang is one of the most distinguished sauces in the barbecue industry. She is so precious that restaurants have been trying to get a hold of her in gallon packaging for a number of months....they are starting to get what they wished for. She is sweet & tangy with a hint of balsamic vinegar, celery seed, worcestershire and black pepper. Super yummy.
