White Muffin Dusting Starch (MDS-W03)
A high-quality blend of corn flours, corn meals, and calcium propionate. The blend is used to help in the processing of English Breakfast Muffins; it coats the outside of the muffin with a light starch film allowing for a better and faster oven jump.
Directions: Apply liberally to dough before and during sheeting.
