Our organic yellow cornmeal is made from the finest open pollinated organically grown yellow corn and makes incredibly delicious cornbread. Coarsely stone-ground with nothing added or removed so the corn germ and bran are left to provide plenty of taste and healthy fiber. This organic cornmeal adds texture and taste to muffins, waffles, pancakes, fried okra, fish coating and many other baked goods.
