Yellow American Cheese Logs have a mild American cheese flavor with a creamy texture. Each log is 11 lbs. Perfect for slicing to use in burgers, sandwiches and wraps. This product is 30% reduced fat and 30% reduced sodium compared to regular process cheese and complies with the Standard of Identity for Pasteurized Process Cheese (21 CFR 133.169).
