DESCRIPTION:
• For use by the baker or food processor, confection manufacture
retail consumer
• Excellent for cookies, icings, fillings, sauces, soups, Danish pastries,
bread and rolls, candies, caramels or wherever a rich flavor is
desired
• 52% vegetable oil spread
• This spread contains vitamin A in such quantity that the finished
product contains not less than 15,000 international units per
pound.
Ingredients: Vegetable oil blend (Palm and Soybean oils), Water. Contains 2% or less of Salt, Mono- and diglycerides, Soy lecithin, Potassium sorbate (preservative), Citric acid, Artificial flavor, Beta carotene (color), Vitamin A palmitate.
Contains: Soy.
