Aseptic Kesar Mango Puree (A-KMP)

The Mango puree is prepared from the product obtained by mechanical means from sound, wholesome & appropriately mature fruits of Mango (Mangifera indica L) of Kesar variety without removing the juice and addition of other species. The Mango Puree is not adulterated in any way such as through the addition of sugars or any other ingredients/preservatives. The Mango Puree is manufactured in a continuous process at a sufficiently high temperature to substantially reduce the number of viable microorganisms, to eliminate all enzymatic activity and any viable heat-resistant pathogenic bacteria. The product is processed to achieve a minimum 5 log reduction of the microorganisms of public health significance and packed aseptically under hygienic conditions.
This product is comprised of 100% Kesar Mango Puree and no sucrose, additives, preservatives, carriers, and/or processing aid were used in the production of the product.
