Aseptic Red Papaya Concentrate- Acidified (A-RPC)

The Red Papaya Concentrate is prepared from the product obtained by mechanical means from sound, wholesome & appropriately mature fruits of Papaya (Carica papaya) of red papaya variety without removing the juice and addition of other species. The Red Papaya Concentrate is manufactured in a continuous process at a sufficiently high temperature to substantially reduce the number of viable microorganisms, to eliminate all enzymatic activity and any viable heat-resistant pathogenic bacteria. The product is processed to achieve a minimum 5 log reduction of the most resistant microorganism of public health significance and packed aseptically under hygienic conditions.
