IQF Beet is an individually quick frozen product made from fresh, organic beet root bulbs. The beets are inspected, washed, peeled, diced, blanched and then individually quick-frozen. The product is packed and then held at temperatures necessary for the preservation of the product. Product is manufactured and sold as a Ready to Eat ingredient.
