BELL PEPPER RED IQF ¼” (FG31040)
IQF Red Bell Pepper is an individually quick frozen product made from a common variety of fresh red bell peppers. The peppers are inspected, washed, cored, diced or strip cut, blanched, and then individually quick frozen. The product is packed and then held at temperatures necessary for the preservation of the product. This product is manufactured as an ingredient and is not considered ready to eat. Further processing is necessary.
