CHERRIES, BING (F03)

Bing Cherries are the most produced sweet cherry in the United States, and the variety most often eaten fresh. Native to Europe and Southwest Asia, early settlers brought Cherries to America in the 1600s. Although cherries are grown in more than 20 countries, the United States remains the leader in production, with most Bing Cherries being harvested in California, Oregon, Wisconsin and Michigan.
Bing Cherries are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, and are thought to contribute to heart health due to their anti-inflammatory effects. They have also been shown to be helpful as a natural alternative to medication in managing pain and insomnia.
We source U.S.-grown Bing Cherries and mechanically dry them for an all-natural form of this sweet cherry.
