Product is manufactured in accordance to GMP and food safety and controlled by a HACCP plan. Artichoke must be fresh, clean and free from foreign materials. During production process artichoke is washed, sorted, then product is blanched. After that product get freeze by IQF technology until it reaches a temperature of – 18 or below.

Raw material is received prepared and cut. In factory is weighed, sorted, inspected and soaked in a solution of citric acid with 0.007 PPM concentration and ascorbic acid with 0.005 PPM concentration, then sprayed with hot water at a temperature of 94: 96 ° C for 6:8 minutes, then cooled with chilled water at a temperature not exceeding 5 ° C for another 6:8 minutes, then quickly freeze by IQF at a temperature of -30: -40 °C for 10: 12 minutes then is packed in LDPE food grade certified blue bags inside carton boxes weighing 10 kg and kept frozen in freezer at -18 ° C.
