Griffin EW (30003-P)

Named after our owner’s third son, Griffin is an adaptation of our Tomme recipe, with the curds soaked in an entire half-barrel of Terminus Porter from Gate City Brewing. Aged for approximately 120 days, Griffin has a crumbly texture and malty flavors.
