DESCRIPTION:
• An emulsified all-purpose shortening used in bakery applications
(breads, pies, cakes, cookies, rolls, fillings)
• Baking products have greater volume and higher moisture content
• This product is Non-GMO Project verified and does not contain
ingredients derived from biotechnology.
• Ingredient line contains no hydrogenated oils.
• 40% lower in saturated fats than our conventional emulsified palm
shortening.
Ingredients: Soybean oil, Mono and diglycerides, Tocopherols and Ascorbyl palmitate as antioxidants.
