IQF Organic Red Jalapeño Pepper are made from fresh, clean, commercial varieties of organic red jalapeño peppers that are inspected, washed, diced, or sliced, blanched, and then individually quick-frozen. The product is packed and then held at temperatures necessary for the preservation of the product. This product is manufactured as an ingredient and is not considered ready to eat. Further processing is necessary.
