HERBES DE PROVENCE-Irradiated (H20I)
Herbes de Provence is one of France's best-kept culinary secrets. This dried mixture of summer herbs includes thyme, blue lavender, rosemary, marjoram, fennel seed, savory and basil. This mixture are mostly popular for grilled foods, but can also be used for roasting or in soups, gravies or stews.
