PRUNES, NO PIT (F07)

With a deeply sweet taste and a sticky, chewy texture, Prunes are highly nutritious and considered one of the world's healthiest foods. High in potassium and fiber, they are outstanding for supporting bone health, as well as digestive health. Nearly 100% of the U.S. supply and about half of the world's supply of prunes are produced in California. For our Pitted Prunes, we source a firm-fleshed plum with a higher natural sugar and acid content than most. They are allowed to tree-ripen and are then mechanically dried without sulfites, resulting in a sweet, firm, flavorful product.
