Garlic Frozen Puree (FG30065)
Product is made from clean, peeled garlic (Allium sativum) which is diced and then pureed. The garlic puree is blended with minced garlic at a ratio of 75% garlic puree and 25% minced garlic. The garlic blend is then frozen. Product is packed and then held at temperatures necessary for the preservation of the products.
