Garlic Frozen Puree (FG30065)
Product is made from clean, peeled garlic (Allium sativum) which is diced and then pureed. The garlic puree is blended with minced garlic at a ratio of 75% garlic puree and 25% minced garlic. The garlic blend is then frozen. Product is packed and then held at temperatures necessary for the preservation of the products. This product is manufactured as an ingredient and is not considered ready to eat. Further processing is necessary.
