Premium Cherry Fruit Filling or Topping (FFPFP2642)

Red tart pitted cherries are filled into clean containers. The remaining ingredients are added as an aqueous blend by means of a prevacuumizing syruper. After closure under vacuum, the product is processed in an agitating cooker and then cooled.
The product manufacturing process shall be in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (21CFR, Part 110). Knouse Foods products are packed under the supervision of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations and are certified as kosher when bearing the symbol on the label in accordance with UOJC signed agreement. This product contains no allergens (Peanut, Tree Nut, Dairy, Egg, Shellfish, Fish, Wheat, Soy, Sesame) and is a gluten-free product. This product is produced in the United States and a Product of USA.
