IQF Artichoke Bottom 3/8" Diced Egypt (1216.1)

Product is manufactured in accordance to GMP and food safety and controlled by a HACCP plan. Artichoke must be fresh, clean and free from foreign materials. During production process artichoke is washed, sorted, then product is blanched. After that product get freeze by IQF technology until it reaches a temperature of – 18 or below.
Color Homogeneous beige to yellowish green color. Flavor Full, natural and characteristic artichoke flavor. Texture Tender, not too hard or too soft.
