IQF Organic Poblano Pepper is an individually quick frozen product made from fresh, green organic Poblano chilis. The peppers are inspected, washed, diced, blanched, and then individually quick frozen. The product is packed and then held at temperatures necessary for the preservation of the product. This product is manufactured as an ingredient and is not considered ready to eat. Further processing is necessary.
