Triticale flour is made from a hybrid of wheat and rye, offering high protein, fiber, and nutrients like iron and magnesium, with a nutty flavor. Due to its weaker gluten, it's best blended with wheat flour (around 50%) for traditional breads, but it's excellent for pancakes, cookies, muffins, and flatbreads, and can be used alone in products like noodles and tortillas where a soft wheat substitute is needed.
