The Vivolac CREMOSA Buttermilk and Sour Cream FSC 850B series is a
premium line of cultures for the manufacture buttermilk, sour cream,
and other fermented products. These cultures contain a defined
mixture of strains that protects the fermentation against phage attack
and provides high viscosity (heavier body). These cultures are frozen
concentrated pelleted bacteria available in several numbers for
rotation. In combination with an extensive rotation and phage
monitoring system, our cultures ensure consistent make times day
after day.
All standard products that are manufactured and sold by Vivolac Cultures Corporation contain allergens as listed above. The only allergen present in the facility is milk. All products are manufactured in accordance with an allergen management program that prevents contamination with undeclared allergens.
