La garniture de viande fumée est faite à partir de viande de bœuf. Le produit est injecté et baratté selon nos spécifications. Des épices de recouvrements lui sont ajoutés. Après cuisson, le produit est refroidi, haché gros, emballé sous vide et mis dans des boîtes.
